To own and start your skincare brand isn’t easy with it being one of the toughest regulated industries. To be standing at a point in my life where I now see myself driven towards launching my own skincare brand - TOSé wasn’t easy and I still face hurdles every single day.
I have always been very passionate about skincare – natural skincare to be precise. But to bring it to the world it needed much more than just passion. It needed perfection, which comprises of deep understanding of skin etymology, cosmeceuticals, chemistry of oils & natural ingredients, art of blending and the science behind it. And for me that Guidance and Support came in the form of Formula Botanica.
Last year while I was still dreaming about becoming an entrepreneur rather a skin-preneurs (as we call it at Formula Botanica) and start my own little something towards providing people with better choices in skincare. I had this constant worry about perfecting my understanding and knowledge before stepping into the world of professional skincare. When I began to look for it on the internet, I came across Formula Botanica and quickly enrolled myself to one of the many courses. And that gave me the head start towards understanding skincare more professionally and deeply. As I progressed through my course; I gained immense knowledge and understanding about skincare.
The support I got from the school has been tremendous in every way. Lorraine Dallmeier (a biologist & skin care formulator by qualification and now the director @ Formula Botanica) - has shared a wealth of information with her students personally in the form of knowledge share through blogs, webinars and has been providing constant support on the online student community.
Studying at Formula Botanica has been a very satisfying and fulfilling experience on many fronts. The professional knowledge share, welcoming support system on the online community, friendly and helpful peer interactions make it a very worthwhile experience. To join Formula Botanica has been one of the best decisions I have taken and cannot thank everyone enough for their contributions and support.
